Firm Overview

At Zimmerman & Associates, we work passionately to bring our clients exceptional legal results, even during difficult times.  Most of our work is in the areas of personal injury, family law, business and corporate matters, criminal law, and DUI law.  We also provide representation in corporate and business matters, immigration, and workers' compensation claims.  From our office outside of Atlanta, we service a wide range of clients, from individuals and families to multinational corporations, and everyone in between.

Our History

Barry Zimmerman founded the law firm of Zimmerman & Associates more than 40 years ago.  In addition to the practice of general law, he is a retired Judge.  Zimmerman has comprehensive  knowledge and pervasive experience with the inner-workings of the judicial system.

Zimmerman has done extensive work with teenagers, both professionally and in the community.  He speaks at local high schools about teenagers' rights and the legal consequences of their choices.  In a legal capacity, he is dedicated to defending these teenagers against allegations of possession of alcohol or drugs, drunk driving, and traffic offenses where a license is at stake.  To learn more about Zimmerman's work with teenagers, please see our page on young adults.
