Daniel T. Gholston is a native of Georgia.  He graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelors Degree in History and received his law degree from Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law in 2007.  While at Mercer, Daniel received a Certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research, and Drafting and was a member of the Tax Law Society.  Daniel was awarded the Dean's List and received the CALI Excellence Award for Labor Law.

Daniel's legal work focuses in the areas of Criminal Law, Domestic Relations, Personal Injury, and Corporate Civil Litigation.  He has been with Zimmerman & Associates since 2003, beginning as a law clerk.  In 2007, he was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia and joined Zimmerman & Associates as an associate attorney.  Daniel is a member of the American Bar Association, the Georgia Bar Association, and the Atlanta Bar Association.

Daniel currently lives in Brookhaven with his three-year old Boxer, Jack. In his leisure time, Daniel enjoys fly fishing, hunting, traveling, camping, reading, and Georgia Football.
